Hi there, and welcome!

I’m Andi Domjan—a Southern California-based photographer passionate about creating stunning, magazine-style images that capture the beauty in everyone and everything.

My story begins in the heart of Europe, in Budapest, Hungary, where I was born and raised. Ten years ago, I made the life-changing decision to leave behind my successful photography business, my family, and my friends to start fresh in sunny Southern California. It’s been the most challenging yet rewarding chapter of my life, and I’m proud of how far I’ve come.

Photography has always been my driving force. It’s more than just a profession for me—it’s a way to connect with people, tell their stories, and create art they’ll cherish forever. That passion continues to inspire me every day as I work with amazing clients who trust me to bring their vision to life.

What makes me different? I don’t just show up, take a few pictures, and call it a day. My approach is thoughtful and intentional, with a lot of care put into planning and personalizing each session. Whether it’s a maternity shoot, branding session, or a portrait, I pour my heart into every detail to ensure you walk away with images you’ll love.

When I’m not behind the camera, you can usually find me indulging my creative side in a pottery studio, baking sourdough bread from scratch, or crafting macramé by hand. I’m a bit of an old lady—I love DIY projects, long walks collecting seashells, and yes, I’m even planning to re-learn knitting soon!

UNDERSTAND THE VISION

I don’t take any photoshoot lightly. To me, It’s not just another session—it’s a memory that will last a lifetime, and it’s my mission to make it outstanding for you. The photoshoot isn’t about me and my ideas; it’s about you. I want to know what you had in mind, how you’d like to be photographed, or what your vision is for your brand, so I can create a shoot plan around your ideas.

MAKE A PLAN

Planning is the most important part of my process. I invest a lot of time and effort into it to make sure that when shoot day arrives, everything is set and ready to go. That way, all we need to do is focus on having fun and enjoying the experience.

ENCOURAGE, GUIDE, HAVE FUN

Anyone who stands in front of my camera should feel safe, comfortable, and free to be themselves. That’s my ultimate goal for every shoot. I’m fully present with you during your session, offering plenty of guidance so you never have to worry about knowing what to do in front of the camera—that’s my job, not yours. My hope is that you can relax, have fun, and truly enjoy the process.
